nice and very "sharp" object
very good light emphasized structure of theme... well done... but not a perfect !!!!

i like this very much. and better than the first one. the contrast is much more balanced, I guess.
But I'd also like a to add a little critic: the third rose is a bit disturbing and "confusing the eye". In my opinion it'd have been better without it, or when it was further away (= more blurred).
But this is only a little critic. ;)

I do think this is better than the first one too~
the dark background can bring out the spikes on the plant very well.

This is definitely better. But I agree that there might be too many buds confusing the composition a bit.

Personally, I think it would look bare if you lessened the amount of buds....I think this way you have a beautiful depth.......I love the composition. Excellent work!!! This is one of my favorites of yours.......incredible! (thumbup)

Almost perfect, I would consider using photoshop to remove the background thistle? I dont use photoshop myself, but this shot would benifit from it !

Even there's an unfocused part, it's a good shot! :)
