I'm not gone.. at least I hope soI know, I haven't been posting anything for a long time... and I know, I'm not critiqueing very often last time as well.. but I just wanted you know I am still around, I still look at many of the photos here.. just don't have the time to crit them as I take critiqueing and voting very serious and every crit takes me about 10-15 minutes.. If someone out there has something he/she wants me to see or crit, please leave a PM, I'll do it then of course. Hugs, Phry |

I'm back with a new Series - Brute ForceWell, as you might figure out, three weeks of doing nothing would have been boring - so I did something. I took many photos but none of them was so "WOW!" that I wanted it to be my first one tu publish after being afway for such a long time. Don't get me wrong, the photos were good and I'll publish some of them soon but they were just not that ONE photo I was looking for. Last Saturday in the night I did some shots together with my longest-time friend - thanks again Simon for swinging the axe - and they came out good enough to be my second start at GFX after my small break. Now, let's talk about the series itself: It's absolutely destructive. Brute force. Simon whacked things with an axe and lateron a hammer. I myself was standing behind my camera and tried to get the most brutal moment I could get of it. For light, we used a halogen flood light and my flash, for additional movement we made use of snow. Until now, we got three photos for the Series - Chaos, Order and Frost Nova - I'll post them over the next some days. If any one of you out there has an idea what we could destroy for a great photo, let me know it

taking some kind of off timeWell, this month didn't start as good as last month. In fact, it started with the last week of my school holidays. After the first week, I'm tired of them having too much time but in the last week I'm at the same time unhappy that they will end soon and tired of them. Bad combination. Additionally to that, my month at GFX didn't start really good either - three experimental pics, one published directly before a serverdown. Right now, I'm not really looking forward for this month to get really better as I'll need one or two weeks to re-find my balance in life & creativity so don't think of anything really serious this month - maybe some experiments but I think there won't be much more. Just wanted to inform you in case you wondered about my recent photos not being the kind of quality I posted last December. Best wishes to you out there, Lenz |

Blog & interview onlineYay! I finally subscribed to GFXartist. This is my first blog and I put my interview online for those who are interested . I'll be using this blog to announce new images, WIPs ect. and hopefully will put my homepage back online within the next weeks with finally CONTENT - this blog on the main page and nothing else.
